A: No, this public version does not support Season 5 or blue mu.

A: Nothing is 100% Bugless.

A: Yes duel system is part of S4E2 so it works.

Q: Why DLL is packed?
A: Because i want to.

Q: Can i unpack and post unpacked dll?
A: At your own risk.
