please help Mu season 5

hey, me and my friend have season 5 no bugs, but one shit, when someone are creating guild, then game server crash'ed, and u go disconnect, and when u again login in that character, it's again crash,  even if u delete that char.., and make new in that place, it's crash too..  why??
