New revision of MuKiTo was just commited to the svn.

- Clear PK is working now
- The right sidebar is populated with top characters and top guilds
- points distribution is also working

Early preview of MoKiTo is available here. Still no design, just the basic layout. Register, Login, Statistics Ranking and Top Guilds should be working. No source code release yet.

Added experimental launcher generator.

Basically it creates BAT file which changes the resolution in the registry (if required) and starts main.exe with parameters.

It's still not fully tested so please report any bugs here.

Shop generator was missing the last value for item option. Now it's added ant the generated files should be valid.

Some event bags are also added (the simplest ones) 1-15 without 4. Just omit the last column for them.
