Topic: Problem with Skill level Tree

Hi guis i have a problem with the Skill Level Tree so please help.. i've tested this settings for 2 nights for 10 hours at a time but with no result.. the only result is that i know this..
- My Game Server is using SCF files and the problem is that when i restart my hero the Skill Level Tree is gone.. all my stats are gone i mean, but when i become 250 level and i switch my hero, than the points at the tree are back and the improved skills of the Tree are also back.. So, how to set up the settings so that when i restart my hero the points to be there when i connect at the beginning and not to wait till 250 level to switch my hero and than the points to appear ?

-This is the file - SCF_ResetMasters but there is also SCF_Reset i'm not sure wich one of them i need.. This is SCF_ResetMasters
