Free Heal - Means that selected member will get buff all the time.
For example, you have all 5 members selected for buff, and 2nd member with Free heal, and you set the interval to 50 seconds, so after all members getting buff, you still have time to wait for next buff section, but during that waiting time selected member (2nd member) with "Free Heal" will be healed all the time.
Simplified example:
Buff member 1 (heal/dmg/def)
Buff member 2 (Heal/dmg/def)
buff member 3
buff member 4
buff member 5
HEAL MEMBER 2 -free heal
HEAL MEMBER 2 -free heal
HEAL MEMBER 2 -free heal

....for remaining time (~50 sec) member 2 will get healed.

Super Heal - Means that selected member will get healed after buffing each member. Can be used with Free heal, it is good combination for low def players.
